This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and PhilSocial (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the PhilSocial application, website, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, downloading, or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

  3. All applicable laws, regulations, and third-party service agreements (e.g., blockchain network providers).

2. Account Registration and Security

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf.
  2. Account Creation: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. Use of false information, misleading information, impersonation, or creating multiple accounts for fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes is prohibited.
  3. This includes, but is not limited to, accounts, groups, pages, or communities that use PhilSocial, Philcoin, PHL, related logos, brand names, official-looking language, confusingly similar spellings, abbreviations, symbols, or variations in a way that may mislead users or imply official status, endorsement, employment, partnership, verification, moderation authority, customer support authority, wallet support authority, token distribution authority, rewards authority, giveaway authority, or administrative access.

You may not impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with PhilSocial, Philcoin, PHL, or any related person or entity to request, collect, solicit, or obtain personal information, login credentials, wallet information, private keys, recovery phrases, payment information, tokens, rewards, donations, or any other sensitive information.

PhilSocial reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, rename, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any account, username, display name, profile, group, page, community, content, or activity that violates this section or creates a risk of confusion, fraud, phishing, abuse, reputational harm, platform harm, or user harm. PhilSocial may take such action with or without prior notice.

Nothing in this section prevents lawful commentary, criticism, parody, fan discussion, or community discussion, provided that the account, group, page, community, content, or activity does not mislead users, create confusion, falsely imply official affiliation, or violate this Agreement, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

  4. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@philsocial.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
