PhilSocial, operated by Philcoin Team, is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).

Our Commitment

We are firmly committed to protecting minors on our platform. To achieve this, PhilSocial:

• Prohibits all forms of content that exploit, sexualize, or endanger children
• Actively monitors user activity and content to detect violations
• Removes violating content immediately upon confirmation
• Reports all apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• Cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities
• Permanently bans users who violate child safety standards

Prohibited Content

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on PhilSocial:

• Any sexual imagery, videos, or audio involving minors
• Content that sexualizes or objectifies children in any manner
• Grooming behaviors or attempts to build inappropriate relationships with minors
• Sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM
• Content that promotes, encourages, or normalizes child exploitation
• Conversations or messages seeking sexual contact with minors

In-App Reporting

PhilSocial provides in-app reporting tools as a primary mechanism for user feedback and reporting harmful content. Users can report posts, messages, and user profiles directly.

Enforcement Actions

When violations are identified, PhilSocial may take the following actions:

• Immediate removal of offending content
• Permanent termination of the offending account
• Reporting of relevant information to appropriate authorities

Age Restrictions

PhilSocial is intended for users aged 14 and older.

• Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts
• Users must confirm their age during registration
• Accounts identified as belonging to underage users are removed

Legal Compliance

PhilSocial complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations and actively works to prevent, detect, and respond to harmful content involving minors.
